1. Who we are

Vibe22 (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Canadian digital marketing agency headquartered at 1585 Markham Rd, Scarborough, Ontario, providing local SEO, website design, paid advertising, and Google Business Profile management services to local businesses across Canada. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information in compliance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Contact information you provide through forms on our site (name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL).
  • Service inquiry details you share when requesting an audit or consultation (industry, service area, current marketing efforts, goals).
  • Website usage data collected automatically through analytics tools (pages visited, referring URLs, device and browser type, approximate location).
  • Client business data for accounts we manage, including Google Business Profile content, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and advertising account data accessed under your authorization.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and deliver the services you've requested.
  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles, websites, and advertising accounts on behalf of clients.
  • Generate reports on rankings, traffic, leads, and campaign performance.
  • Communicate with you about your account, our services, and relevant updates.
  • Improve our website and the quality of our services.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for purposes you wouldn't reasonably expect.

4. Google API services

Vibe22 uses Google APIs — including the Google Business Profile API, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads — to manage and report on services for our clients. When we access data through these APIs on your behalf, we do so only with your express authorization (typically by adding our agency account as a manager on your Business Profile or granting access to your Google account). We use this data solely to provide the services you have engaged us for, and we comply with the applicable Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to affected clients. We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements or for any purpose unrelated to the services we provide.

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services that may process information on our behalf:

  • Google Analytics — website traffic and usage analytics.
  • Google Workspace — email, document storage, and collaboration.
  • Vercel — website hosting and content delivery.
  • Calendly or similar — appointment scheduling for consultations.

Each of these providers has their own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.

6. How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. Access to client data is restricted to staff who need it to perform their work. All data in transit is protected with industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS).

7. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Inquiry data from contact forms is retained for up to 24 months. Client account data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period after termination to satisfy legal, tax, and audit requirements. You may request deletion of your information at any time, subject to our legal obligations.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand how visitors use our site, and improve our services. Most browsers let you control cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect functionality but won't prevent you from using the site.

10. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
