When we access data through these APIs on your behalf, we do so only with your express authorization (typically by adding our agency account as a manager on your Business Profile or granting access to your Google account). We use this data solely to provide the services you have engaged us for, and we comply with the applicable Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to affected clients. We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements or for any purpose unrelated to the services we provide.

We use the following third-party services that may process information on our behalf:

• Google Analytics — website traffic and usage analytics.
• Google Workspace — email, document storage, and collaboration.
• Vercel — website hosting and content delivery.
• Calendly or similar — appointment scheduling for consultations.
