Questions owners ask
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Your number stays on your truck, your site and your Google profile. Calls you do not pick up are forwarded to Ava, or Ava answers every call if you prefer. We set up the routing with you.
Will Ava quote prices or promise a time?
Only what you tell her to say. Most owners have her collect the details and leave pricing and scheduling to them. She will not confirm a job you have not confirmed.
How do I see the calls?
Every call comes to you as a summary: who called, their number, what they need and where. It is also logged, so you can check that nothing was missed.
What if the caller wants a person?
Ava takes a message and flags it so you can call back. For urgent calls we can set her to try your phone first.
